INGREDIENTS: ADZUKI BEANS, SPLIT PEAS, FREEZE DRIED CORN, FREEZE DRIED SPINACH, RED SPLIT LENTILS, BLACK BEANS, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (ONIONS, BELL PEPPERS, TOMATOES, GARLIC), CORN MEAL, CHICKEN BOUILLON (CORN STARCH, DEXTROSE, GLUCOSE SOLIDS, SPICE EXTRACTIVES AND SPICE, CHICKEN FAT, ONION POWDER, SALT, DISODIUM GUANYLATE, DISODIUM INOSINATE, SILICON DIOXIDE. NUTRITONAL YEAST, (NIACIN, PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE, THIAMIN HYDROCHLORIDE, RIBOFLAVIN, FOLIC ACID, CYANOCOBALAMIN (B12 PRODUCED BY NATURAL FERMENTATION), SEA SALT, TURMERIC, SUGAR, PAPRIKA, THYME, SAGE,
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: 9 cups of water and 1-2 lbs of Cooked Chicken (optional)
Bring water to a boil, Add all the packet ingredients and chicken. Cook and simmer on a medium for 60 minutes or until desired tenderness of the bean. Stir occassionally.
WE MAKE HOMEMADE EASY!
SERVE IT UP: With a dollop of sour cream a little Tex Mex or Monteray Jack Cheese and Tortillas ( We like ours on the side. Some like to add them crushed to the soup.)
